• Kapily Reserves the Right to decline a Commission Request.
• Kapily may publish the Commissioned Work on Social Media/Online for use in her Portfolio, Advertisement and/or Merchandising.
• Commissioned Work(s) are for Personal/Non-Commercial Use Only. Unless discussed between both parties.
• If uploading online/to Social Media(s), Please credit Kapily.
• Final Artwork will be sent via email in PNG(default), JPEG or PDF format.
• Client is required to pay 100% once the sketch is approved.
• Only accepted Modes of Payments are Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp!
• No Refunds or Cancellations once the sketch has been approved, and payment has been sent in full. If canceled at anytime, Client will not be refunded.
• Discounts will be given to clients who have previously commissioned artwork before. This is subject to change.
• Please be considerate of Kapily's time with questions and requests.
• Do not steal, trace, copy or otherwise use ANY of Kapily's artwork. She has worked very hard on every piece she creates.
